The index identifies a survey sheet for the parcel east of the reservoir. The first certified copy of the minutes refers to the sheet by number. The second copy refers to it as “the sheet already provided.” Neither copy includes it.

The clerk’s receipt records one page removed for duplication and one page returned. Both transactions carry the same timestamp. A notation beside the return reads “outside copy,” but does not identify which side of the document was reproduced.

The repository has no enclosure under this number. The receipt is retained because it is the only item in either version of the minutes that uses the same parcel description.
